The Northeast Horsemen's Conference and Trade Show will return to the Augusta Civic Center on January 19-20, 2008.
This year we are distributing an informational mailing to our attendees in early June. We have enjoyed constant growth throughout the past fourteen years in Augusta, much of it due to the interactive nature of horsemanship itself and the collegiality associated with shared educational and recreational experiences. It is our intention with this mailing to initiate chatter and collective enthusiasm for our event during the busy summer riding and competing season.
The format of the mailing will be our usual 17 1/2" x 11" tabloid format, 2- fold glossy mailer. We are offering a limited number of vendors a unique opportunity to participate. This mailing is specifically targeted from our own database, and will be sent to individuals that have attended this event in the past. The recipients are highly qualified buyers that are very likely to have an interest in and a need for your product or service.
As a participating vendor, we will also place your ad on our website, through the January show, with a link to your website. NHCTS truly appreciates the support of the loyal vendor base we have enjoyed since 1993. This is our opportunity to share our resources and offer a tremendous value. |
